The Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) program is a landmark Federal Government initiative funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), and Agence Française de Développement (AFD), managed by the Bank of Industry.
Through Re-Skill Africa and Del-York Group, iDICE Skills to Jobs delivers targeted capacity building, incubator support, and enterprise readiness pathways for thousands of young innovators in tech, animation, fashion, and film.
The initiative creates a seamless pipeline connecting foundational technical training with seed grants, venture funding, institutional mentorship, and enterprise hub placement across all six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
