The Senior Copywriter plays a critical part in shaping the brand’s voice, crafting high-impact content, and supporting creative campaigns that inspire, inform, and engage our diverse audiences. The Senior Copywriter is expected to be creative, pay keen attention to detail, and have strategic storytelling prowess for projects ranging from corporate communications and media releases to marketing collateral, speeches, scripts, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling, clear, and engaging copy for a variety of platforms including press releases, promotional materials, web content, social media, newsletters, proposals, brand campaigns, speeches, and executive talking points.
- Develop and refine Del-York Group’s brand voice, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communications.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, design, digital, PR, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns and impactful storytelling.
- Translate complex concepts and client needs into accessible, persuasive narratives that advance organizational objectives.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammatical excellence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Generate original ideas for innovative campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging communications platforms.
- Liaise with stakeholders and executives to craft speeches, presentations, and high-profile communications.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language or related field.
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in copy writing.
- Experience in the creative, media, or development sector.
- Familiarity with multimedia content writing (video scripts, radio spots, etc.).
- Proficiency with digital content management systems and/or analytics tools.
