Job Summary
The Marketing Lead at Del-York Group will be responsible for driving and executing the organization’s marketing strategies to strengthen its brand presence and achieve business objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic marketer with expertise in brand management, campaign development, and data-driven decision-making. The Marketing Lead will oversee the marketing team, collaborate across departments, and work closely with leadership to ensure the successful execution of internal and external marketing initiatives for the Group’s diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Del-York Group’s vision, mission, and business goals.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Identify target audiences and design tailored messaging and content to effectively reach and convert them.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity and ensuring high performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative,Communications and Operations, to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts across all business units.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee the development of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Supervise the production of high-quality marketing materials such as blogs, videos, newsletters, and case studies.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize marketing efforts.
Brand Management & Positioning
- Maintain and enhance the Del-York Group’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Spearhead initiatives that position the organization as an industry leader, including thought leadership articles, partnerships, and public relations campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s values and resonate with stakeholders.
Market Research & Innovation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, applying these to refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and consumer behavior to drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies to ensure Del-York Group remains at the forefront of marketing excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), and social media advertising.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
