Human Resource Business Partner primary responsibilities will involve partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies, while identifying training needs, designing and implementing impactful learning
programs, and embedding development initiatives into performance management and
employee growth frameworks.
This role requires a strong blend of business partnering capability, facilitation and instructional
design expertise, and a deep understanding of HR principles and adult learning within a
dynamic and creative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the
academy’s mission, business goals, and workforce capability needs. - Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted
learning interventions across teams. - Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning
experiences (technical, behavioral, and leadership development). - Manage and continuously improve onboarding and induction programs to ensure a
strong learning foundation for new hires. - Support performance management by integrating learning solutions into goal setting,
performance reviews, and individual development plans (IDPs). - Facilitate career development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and
succession planning frameworks. - Drive employee engagement through learning-focused initiatives that enhance
productivity, morale, and retention. - Collaborate with department heads to build team capability and ensure learning
solutions address real business challenges. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance
data to ensure ROI on learning interventions. - Maintain learning records, track training participation, and generate insights using
HRIS/LMS platforms. - Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional
growth across the organization. - Support organizational change and transformation initiatives through targeted
learning and upskilling programs. - Stay updated on industry trends, modern learning methodologies, and digital learning

Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Human Resource
Management, Business administration, Organizational behaviour or a related field. (A
Master’s degree or professional certification in SHRM or any globally recognized HR
body may be an advantage). - Proven experience with over 6 years of progressive experience as an HR Business
Partner, Learning and Development or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills to effectively engage with
employees at all levels. - Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
