Graphics Designer

The Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content that communicates brand messages, enhances storytelling, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms. The role supports marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, product launches, digital experiences, and internal communications by translating ideas and strategies into compelling visual assets that strengthen brand identity and drive audience engagement.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and a passion for visual storytelling. They will work closely with marketing, content, product, and creative teams to deliver innovative designs that align with the organization’s brand identity, business objectives, and audience engagement goals. Experience in motion graphics and animation will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, branding assets, presentations, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
  • Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that reflect the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging.
  • Create templates, reusable assets, and design systems that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring quality, technical accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, product, UI/UX, development, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and cohesive visual experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the organization’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Transform concepts and campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive creative assets for future use and accessibility.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, software developments, and industry best practices.
  • Support video and multimedia projects through the creation of basic motion graphics, animations, and visual enhancements where required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing content for digital marketing, social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and branding projects.
  • Experience working within B2B, B2C, technology, media, creative, or marketing-focused organizations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing is an added advantage.
