Program Overview
Our Graduate Trainee-Strategy Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (1 to 3 years of experience) seeking to build a career in strategy, consulting, and business analysis. This intensive 12-month program will provide hands-on experience in management consulting, business strategy, data analytics, and AI-driven decision-making, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Strategy Associate role upon successful completion.
Participants will work alongside the Strategy Manager, gaining exposure to high-impact projects, executive-level decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
Job Summary
As a Graduate Trainee, you will support strategic projects across key business units while gaining exposure to management consulting frameworks, data analytics tools, and AI applications. You will collaborate with senior strategists to analyse market trends, optimise processes, and contribute to client solutions. This role is ideal for curious, adaptable individuals eager to grow into strategic advisors through immersive learning and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Support
- Assist in developing business strategies, market entry plans, and competitive positioning frameworks.
- Support in conducting research, market analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior executives and clients.
- AI & Data Literacy Development
- Learn to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek, Copilot) for tasks like report drafting, proposal writing and trend analysis.
- Help build basic dashboards to track KPIs and project outcomes.
- Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and workflow automation pilots.
- Document best practices and process improvements.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare presentations and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings to observe consulting methodologies.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving
- Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges (e.g., customer retention, market research).
Mandatory Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields (graduated within the last 3 years).
- Experience: 1–3 years of work/internship experience. Fresh graduates with demonstrable curiosity in strategy are encouraged.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Interest in AI applications for business.
