Program Overview
This intensive 12-month program provides hands-on experience in real business and project environments. High-performing interns may transition into permanent role such as Strategy and Program Associate upon successful completion.
Participants will work closely with functional leads, gaining exposure to high-impact projects, stakeholder engagement, creative operations, and strategic execution within a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
As a Graduate Trainee, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives within
your assigned function. The role combines project coordination, legal support, and entry-level
marketing/commercial exposure, providing a well-rounded foundation in business operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, execution-driven, and eager to build practical
experience across legal, operational, and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Conduct research and gather insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure things stay on course.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support where needed.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Contribute to the execution of programs, campaigns, and business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualification
- Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, Communications, Legal or a related field.
- Strong academic record (minimum Second Class Upper or equivalent).
- Genuine interest in strategy, business development, project management, or the creative/media industry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct oneself professionally at all times.
