Program Overview
Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) seeking to build careers across strategy, program management, and communications within the creative industry.
This intensive 12-month program provides hands-on experience in real business and project environments. Trainees will be assigned to a specific function Strategy, Programs, or Communications based on their academic background, skillset, and demonstrated strengths. High-performing trainees may transition into permanent roles such as Strategy Associate, Program Associate, or Communications Associate upon successful completion.
Participants will work closely with functional leads, gaining exposure to high-impact projects, stakeholder engagement, creative operations, and strategic execution within a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
As a Graduate Trainee, you will be deployed into a specific functional team aligned with your qualifications, where you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project execution, stakeholder coordination, or content and communications, depending on your assigned track.
This role is ideal for curious, adaptable, and execution-driven individuals looking to build expertise while contributing meaningfully to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Track (for analytically inclined candidates)
- Support business strategy development, market research, and analysis
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic insights
- Track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
Programs Track (for execution-focused candidates)
- Support planning and execution of programs and initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and document outcomes
Communications Track (for creative and storytelling candidates)
- Develop and manage content for internal and external communications
- Support campaigns, brand visibility, and audience engagement
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and community members
General Responsibilities (All Tracks)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Support operational tasks and process improvements
- Participate in team meetings, reviews, and learning sessions
Mandatory Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (graduated within the last 3 years)
- Experience: 0–3 years of work or internship experience
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital tools or content platforms is an advantage
- Interest Areas: Strategy, program management, communications, or the creative industry
