Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with online communities in a way which builds brand awareness. They will act as the primary point of contact for the community, addressing concerns and feedback. The role involves engaging with the students, creating engaging content, and acting as the bridge between the students and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Growth
● Build, nurture, and engage with the brand’s online and offline communities.
● Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and encourage discussions.
● Develop strategies to increase community growth and participation.
● Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
● Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and program reviews.
Content & Communication
● Organize webinars, live chats, and events (both virtual and in-person) to foster interaction.
● Manage and oversee community-focused content calendars.
● Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.
Student Support & Relationship Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for the students, addressing concerns and feedback.
● Work with support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
● Gather and relay valuable community insights to improve the program. Analytics & Reporting
● Track and analyze community engagement metrics and trends.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on engagement data.
● Prepare regular reports to inform strategies and measure the success of community initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, marketing, or student support.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Experience with social media platforms, forums, and community-building tools
● Ability to handle crisis management and conflict resolution
● Creativity in content creation and engagement strategies
● Analytical mindset to measure success and make data-driven decisions
