With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial activities and new venture creation, Frank has focused on developing economies in countries as a hands-on project developer who has spent over 10 years living on-site in the Philippines and Armenia, working on projects in extractive industries like mining and metals, as well as agri-business, construction, and entertainment.
Additionally, Frank is a long-time supporter of youth sports, working with various organizations to promote international opportunities. He is a native English speaker and also conversant in Eastern Armenian and rudimentary Russian. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville and an MBA from the same institution.
