She contributed to developing a comprehensive 10-year investment strategy and roadmap for HHS’s Digital Healthcare Research Program, aligning strategic goals with digital healthcare innovations, which achieved full agency adoption. Additionally, she realized significant cost savings, including millions in cost avoidance, through proactive risk management and mitigation strategies. Ms. Ogunsanya also oversaw a successful transition to an enterprise-wide testing platform at Yale University, which reduced infectious disease transmission.
