Through her business experience as an ex-banker and Human Resource expert, Ayiri is the highly skilled, creative and dedicated founder of Oaken Events Limited, one of the largest event companies in Africa. Ayiri has organized numerous successful high-profile social, corporate events and conferences within and beyond Nigeria, including the Coronation of the Oba of Benin, Inauguration of Governors, and the Launch of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library.

Since 2010, Ayiri has been dedicated to influencing and repositioning the event industry in Nigeria, producing the first Events Directory, organizing the first largest Events Fair, and birthing Atinuda, the largest gathering of event businesses in Africa. Ayiri has also been engaged in community and humanitarian work, with the formal registration of two foundations in 2018, and has been recognized for her immense contributions, including being honored as one of the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent under the United Nations International decade for people of African descent in 2018, and being recognized by the Association of Professional Party Organizers & Event Managers of Nigeria in 2019. Ayiri holds a degree in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Benin and a Human Resource Management Certification from Cornell University.
