Human Resource Associate

The Human Resource Associate provides operational and analytical support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR processes, accurate data management, and alignment with organizational policies and workforce objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support documentation and regular updates of job descriptions to ensure role clarity and structural alignment.
  • Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, probation management, performance reviews, employee transitions, and exit interviews.
  • Manage candidate tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data protection regulations and utilize HRIS to generate management reports.
  • Support structured performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, KPI tracking, and development planning.
  • Monitor appraisal completion rates and coordinate calibration sessions with proper documentation.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning processes within the Group.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, and welfare schemes.
  • Conduct market benchmarking research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate the annual learning calendar and monthly training sessions.
  • Track training participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness metrics.
  • Administer learning platforms and maintain comprehensive learning records.
  • Generate periodic reports on recruitment, performance, learning, compensation, and succession metrics.
  • Support workforce analytics and provide data insights to inform strategic workforce planning decision

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, Business administration, Organizational behaviour or a related field.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret HR data and generate insights
  • Proven experience with over 3 years’ experience in HR operations, talent management, or people administration.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, performance management, and learning coordination processes.
  • Exposure to HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of performance management and KPI frameworks.
  • Data management and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
