Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
You will play a vital role in overseeing and implementing social media strategies to promote the brand of the company. You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating and curating content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends. Your primary objective will be to engage with the target audience, and achieve the marketing objectives of Del-York Group.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our goals
    and target audience.
  • Identify key platforms, messaging, and tactics to effectively promote Del-York’s brand, increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media content.
  • Manage and maintain Del-York’s presence on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Optimize profiles, monitor comments and messages, respond to inquiries, and engage
    with the audience to build relationships and foster community.
  • Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to promote Del-York’s services, increase reach, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, identify trends, and make data-driven
    recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, and industry partners to leverage their network and
    expand Del-York’s reach and amplify brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms to ensure Del-York remains at the forefront of digital marketing.’
  • Monitor and engage with Del-York’s social media communities, responding to
    messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align social media content with overall brand
    messaging, campaigns, and creative assets.
  • Provide guidance and creative direction to ensure consistency and cohesion across all
    marketing channels.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in creating and curating compelling content for various social media platforms, which includes skills in copywriting and storytelling.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms such as Facebook,
    Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific features, best practices, and algorithms.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics, track performance, and derive actionable
    insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships.
  • Experience in planning, implementing and optimizing social media advertising
    campaigns.
  • Knowledge of targeting options, ad formats, budget management, and performance
    tracking.
  • Awareness of current social media trends, popular and relevant hashtags, viral content, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, influencers, and
    external teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
